I am always looking for yummy snacks that my kids love and these bars hit the mark. These doctor developed bars will satisfy hunger, sustain energy and they taste delicious. These protein bars are all natural and packed with antioxidants like Omega 3. I was really impressed when I saw the ingredient list as I am a nut for D-Alpha Tocopherol. So many so called nutrition bars are full of the synthetic version of vitamin E (listed as DL-Alpha Tocopherol) and Action Nutrition has included the natural vitamin E (listed as D-Alpha Tocopherol. Our bodies just do not break down synthetic versions of vitamins as well as the natural version. It's just like wasting your money when you ingest the synthetic version of vitamin E. Yea Action Nutrition, you did this bar right.

I can't tell you how much I love these bars. Stop chowing down on candy bars that give you absolutely no benefit and cause sugar headaches and energy depletion. Action Nutrition bars are 80% sweetened with brown rice syrup which is an antioxidant, they have a low glycemic index and they won't give you that sugar rush which leaves you feeling like taking to bed instead of taking on the world. I never have to worry about my kids flipping out becasue of the sugar rush.

These yummy bars are also gluten free, wheat free and Kosher. If you are looking for a way to feel satisfied while dieting without ruining your calorie count, you need to get these bars. Finally a yummy treat for the entire family that you can all feel good about! My little 4 year old would eat them all day long if I let her. Give them a try and then check back in and let us know how you liked them.
