I must say that these little bamboo utensils are the perfect way to green your family right now. Because they are made from natural, untreated bamboo, they have antimicrobial properties. I love this so much because every little bit of natural, bacterial protection I can spread around my family the better! My four year old loves to use these and always remembers to bring them home in her lunch sack instead of tossing them into the trash to fill our landfills. She is a special one though as she always growls out the car window when she sees trash someone has tossed. Still, it doesn't take a budding environmentalist to see the perfection of these bamboo utensils. Anyone can see the value in these easy to use, stylish and good for the body and earth fork, knife and spoon.
